Food Diary 24/25

I am been bad at keeping my food diary so am trying to get back into the habit again. I have been tracking with my WW eTools but just not putting it on here. So here is yesterday's and today's:

24th March 2011


Breakfast:
1 x Grande Skinny Caramel latte from Starbucks - 3 points

Lunch:
1 x whole wheat pita bread - 3 points
1 tbs roasted garlic hummus - 1 point
55g smoked ham - 1 point
1 slice sharp cheddar cheese - 2 points
baby spinach, cucumber, cherry tomatoes


Dinner:
Pizza made with -
Whole wheat tortilla - 4 points
1/4 cup fat free shredded cheese - 1 point
1 tbs pizza sauce - 0 points
55g smoked ham - 1 point
28g fat free feta - 1 point

salad with -
baby spinach
cucumber
arugula/rocket
celery
2 tsp olive oil - 2 points
balsamic vinegar

Snacks:
Weight Watchers Ice cream bar - 4 points
1 x apple
6oz Dannon light & Fit vanilla non fat yogurt - 2 points


TOTAL = 25 out of 29 points used




25th March 2011

Breakfast:
53g Kashi Golean honey flax cereal - 5 points
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk - 1 point
1 banana - 0 points
Tea  with 1/3 0% milk - 1 point
Splenda - 0 points

Lunch:
1 x whole wheat pita - 3 points
1 slice sharp cheddar - 2 points
1 wedge laughing cow light cheese - 1 point
55g smoked ham - 1 point
salad with balsamic - 0 points

Dinner:
120g tilapia - 2 points
1/2 cup cooked brown rice - 3 points
Butternut squash - 0 points
Brussel sprouts - 0 points
2 tsp oil - 2 points
steamed broccoli - 0 points

Snacks:

Chobani greek yogurt 0% Peach - 3 points


TOTAL = 24 out of 29 used
