Food Diary #5 & 6

I forgot to post my food diary for yesterday so here is yesterdays and todays:

17th March:


Breakfast:
Skinny Caramel Latte - 3 points


Lunch:

Dinner:
6 Lean Cuisine Garlic Chicken Spring Rolls - 11 points
1 12oz Guinness Stout - 6 points


Snacks:
28g Trader Joe's BBQ Popped Chips - 3 points
1 x WW Ice Cream bar - 4 points

Total = 27 points out of 29 points


18th March:


Breakfast:
53g Kashi Golean Honey Flax cereal - 5 points
1 cup Almond milk - 1 point
Tea with milk & splenda - 1 point
Banana - 0 points

Lunch:
-


Dinner:
85g Tilapia - 2 points
small baked potato - 2 points
20g bread - 1 point
2 tsp canola oil - 2 points


Snacks:
2 x crumpets - 6 points
12g butter - 3 points
2 tbs honey - 4 points

Total = 27 out of 29 used
