Food Diary 01/04

I have been so 100% on track so far this week! I haven't even used ANY weekly points and I have tracked EVERYTHING! No sneaky eating at all.  

Breakfast:
1 x whole wheat English muffin - 3 points
55g ham - 1 point
1 x fried egg - 2 points
Earl Grey tea with 1/2 cup skim milk - 1 point
Splenda - 0 points

Lunch:
3 x Lean Cuisine Garlic Chicken Spring Rolls - 5 points
Salad (baby spinach, arugula, cucumber & celery) - 0 points
44g avocado - 2 points

Dinner:
105g Salmon, grilled - 4 points
170g  baked sweet potato - 4 points
1 tsp olive oil - 1 point
Brussel Sprouts - 0 points
Broccoli - 0 points

Snacks:
1 x Pomegranate Chobani 0% fat Greek Yogurt - 4 points
1 x Orange - 0 points
1 x Green Tea - 0 points
Vanilla Chai Latte (1 cup soy milk, vanilla chai tea, splenda) - 2 points


TOTAL = 29 of 29 points
