Food Diary 06 & 07/04

I forgot to post yesterday so here is yesterday's and today's:

6th April 2011

Breakfast:
53g Kashi Golean cereal - 5 points
1 cup Silk Soy Milk Light Vanilla - 2 points (1 dairy serve)
1 x banana - 0 points

Lunch:
1 x whole wheat pita - 3 points
baby spinach, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, arugula - 0 points
1 tbs roasted garlic hummus - 1 point
1 slice (28g) sharp cheddar cheese - 2 points (2/3 dairy serve)

Dinner:
120g chicken breast - 3 points
1/2 cup brown rice (cooked) - 3 points
2 tsp olive oil
Roasted butternut squash - 0 points
steamed broccoli & brussel sprouts - 0 points

Snack:
1 x orange - 0 points
WW Ice Cream candy bar - 4 points
1 x apple - 0 points
6oz Dannon Light & Fit yogurt - 2 points (3/4 serve dairy)
4 oz Cottage cheese 2% - 2 points (1/4 dairy serve)


TOTAL = 29 out of 29 used
Balance: 2 AP, 39 WP


7th April 2011

2 x Trader Joe's Italian Chicken Sausages - 6 points

6oz Chobani 0% Peach Greek Yogurt - 3 points (2/3 dairy serve)
