Food Diary 12 - 14 April

I have been so bad at posting these! ARRGGHH! And the funny thing is I have no reason not to. I have been 100% within my points every day. I just keep forgetting or putting it off.

I am only going to post from when this week reset otherwise it's just too much.

Tuesday 12th April


Breakfast:
1 x Grande Skinny Caramel Latte - 3 points (1.5 dairy)


Lunch:
55g oven roasted turkey breast - 1 point
1 x whole wheat pita - 3 points
1 tbs roasted garlic hummus - 1 point
1 x slice (28g) sharp cheddar - 2 points (2/3 dairy)
cucumber, baby spinach, cherry tomatoes


Dinner:
95g Wild salmon - 3 points
2 tsp canola oil - 2 points (2 oils)
1/2 cup brown rice - 3 points
Roasted butternut squash - 0 points
steamed brussel sprouts - 0 points


Snack:
1 x crumpet - 3 points
1 tbs honey - 2 points
1 tbs peanut butter - 3 points
28g popped chips - 3 points


TOTAL = 29 out of 29 used

Wednesday 13th April

Breakfast:
53g Kashi Golean Honey Flax cereal - 5 points
1 cup soy milk - 2 points (1 dairy)
1 banana - 0 points
1/2 cup fat free milk in tea (1/2 dairy)

Lunch:
110g lean steak - 4 points
2 tsp canola oil - 2 points (2 oils)
1 x whole wheat pita - 3 points
1 wedge Laughing Cow light swiss - 1 point
1 small onion - 0 points
1 large salad - 0 points (roughly 6 vegetable serves)

Dinner:
1 x extra lean turkey burger patty - 3 points
1 large salad - 0 points
1 tbs sunflower seeds - 1 point

Snack:
Celery sticks - 0 points
2 tbs FF sour cream - 1 point
1 x WW Ice cream bar - 4 points
1 x WW coconut candy - 1 point

6oz Dannon Light n Fit Vanilla yogurt - 2 points (3/4 dairy)

    I should start a food diary myself.

  2. Over here it's called Points Plus but I am guessing it's the same. Where fruit is 0 points now and we get more points than before?

  3. I thought so. It seems to good to be true that fruit and veg are 0 points! Especially the fruit!

    It makes it so much easier to find a plan you like!
