1 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk - 1 point

Earl grey tea with skim milk & splenda - 1 point

Lunch:

Dinner:
110g Tilapia - 2 points
Salad vegies - lettuce, celery, cucumber - 0 points
3 tbs Light Ranch dressing - 3 points
2 tbs bacon bits - 1 point
40g avocado - 2 points
1 tbs sunflower seeds - 1 point
28g fat free shredded cheese - 1 point


Snack:
1 x WW Ice Cream bar - 4 points
Salad vegies - 0 points
47g avocado - 2 points

TOTAL = 23 out of 29 used
