Lunch:

Baked beans

1/2 tbs butter - 1 point
1 tsp vegemite - 0 points
130g baked beans - 3 points


Dinner:

110g tilapia - 2 points
2 tsp canola oil - 2 points
1/2 cup brown rice - 3 points
Steamed brussel sprouts - 0 points
baked butternut squash - 0 points


Snack:
140g roast beef - 4 points
1 tub Chobani Greek yogurt peach - 3 points
