Food Diary 4th - 5th May

My eating has been spot on lately but my blogging it hasn't! Every night I mean to post this but for some reason I just forget! Oh well! Here is yesterday's and today's.

Wednesday 4th May

Breakfast:
Nothing

Lunch:
1 x whole wheat pita - 3 points
1 tbs Roasted Garlic hummus - 1 point
1 slice sharp cheddar cheese - 2 points
51g roast beef - 1 point
28g popped chips - 3 points

Dinner:
1 x whole wheat bun - 3 points
75g 93% lean ground beef - 2 points
1 tbs ketchup - 0 points
1 slice sharp cheddar - 2 points
2 tsp oil - 2 points
onion - 0 point

Snack:
nothing

TOTAL = 14 out of 29 points used

Thursday 5th May

Breakfast:
Nothing

Lunch:
1 x whole wheat pita - 3 points
1 tbs Roasted Garlic hummus - 1 point
1 slice sharp cheddar cheese - 2 points
51g roast beef - 1 point

Dinner:
2 x Trader Joe's Sweet Apple chicken sausages - 7 points
8-10 brussel sprouts - 0 points
2 tsp oil - 2 points
mushrooms - 0 points

Snack:
1 x apple - 0 points
6oz Dannon Light & Fit Vanilla yoghurt - 2 points (3/4 dairy)

TOTAL = 18 out of 29 used 

I will be eating something else later and will update then.
