I stopped tracking on Saturday and haven't since. That's 3 days without tracking. That is the longest I have gone without tracking since I joined back in January.
Naughty, naughty, naughty.
Saturday I could forgive myself for. I went out with friends and had a great time. Which is something I don't get to do often, a girls night full of laughter and fun. So I didn't care about the food and alcohol I consumed BUT I swore I would be back on track the next day. And I kind of was, but I didn't track and ended up eating really late because I had felt sick all afternoon and evening and couldn't eat.
Then today I just said Screw it and made really naughty roast potatoes to go with the chicken I cooked and I ate a tonne of them.
I have weigh-in tomorrow and I am not too stressed. I am about 95% sure I will have a gain. Now I am not happy about it at all. But shit happens. Life happens. Sometimes I can't be 100% perfect Miss Always Tracking.
But I am a little disappointed in myself. Which is good. I need to be otherwise it would be so easy not to get back on that wagon.
So hitch me up, I'm getting back on.

We went to a tavern in Concord, Afton Tavern which was SO GOOD! The food was delicious and the staff were really great. BUT the best thing was the company. It had been so long since I had a really good girls night out and man I have missed them. These ladies are absolutely wonderful and hilarious! I met a couple of ladies I had never met before and they were just fantastic! I want to do this every weekend! Seriously I had a BLAST!
I also consumed so many calories/points that I couldn't even tell you. Let's list it all shall we.
2 bottles of Guinness
big steak with broccoli
piece of Key Lime pie
liqueur coffee (OMG YUM!)
Plus some tastes off other peoples plates.
But you know what. I don't care. I had such a great night that I really couldn't care if I gain weight from it this week. I needed a girls night out so bad that I would eat double that if I had to!
Also I am a little tipsy right now! It doesn't take much these days!

I have been good with my eating just bad at blogging it. But I hope that this week I will be better. I won't promise cause I am sure I will slack off again soon! hehehe
I will be posting some photo posts tonight though!
Weigh-in is tomorrow. At all counts I should have a prety good loss, however the lovely monthly visitor is here today so I am thinking it might not be a great loss in the morning once the bloating takes hold. I am already starting to feel a bit swollen. Booooo! Stupid hormones! Whoever thought of them needs a smack!
