Breakfast:

1 serve Harvest grain salad - 3 points / 147 points
broccoli, mushrooms & zucchini - 0 point / 60 calories
1 tsp canola oil - 1 point / 40 calories
1 tbs light ranch - 1 point / 40 calories

Thoughts:

I am going to TRY really hard to get in at least 30 minutes of exercise in each day.
