Daily points allowance - 29 points

Breakfast:

1 serve TJ's Steelcut Oats - 4 points / 150 calories

10g whipped cream cheese - 1 point / 35 calories
2 slices smoked ham - 1 point / 50 calories

Dinner:

1 x TJ's Chile Lime chicken patty - 3 points / 150 calories
400g butternut squash - 0 points / 160 calories (I had a real craving for it!)
broccoli - 0 points / 45 calories
1 tsp canola oil - 1 point / 40 calories
1/2 serve TJ's spiced soy beans - 2 points / 100 calories

1 x Blue Bunny Birthday Party ice cream - 3 points / 140 calories


Exercise:

Thoughts:

It's interesting that I still have 7 points left but I am almost up to my calorie allowance. I didn't even have much fruit today. It's amazing how things can add up.

I did an hour on the Wii today, broken up in 15 min intervals, one after breakfast, lunch, dinner and then at about 10:30pm. I am going to try to keep that up.
