I was sad to discover that our bananas had all gone bad so I couldn't have one with my breakfast. Booooo!

1 cup Kashi Golean Honey Flax cereal - 5 points / 200 calories

I REALLY wanted some of the soft ripened cheese that I got from TJ's again. It is so good! But this time I only allowed myself a small amount.

I had really planned on doing some exercise on the Wii today, but in all honesty all I wanted to do was read my book! haha I won't make excuses or lie. I couldn't be arsed and I am really into my book.
