Food Diary 08/08


Daily points allowance - 29 points
Daily calorie allowance - 1300 calories

Breakfast:

1 tbs Better'n Peanut Butter - 1 point / 50 calories
1/2 banana - 0 points / 53 calories
1/2 tbs honey - 1 point / 32 calories
Iced skinny latte - 2 points / 92 calories

Total - 7 points / 337 calories

3/4 cup Quick Eggs (whites) - 2 points / 90 calories
2 slices TJ's 7 Grain bread - 2 points / 120 calories
1 tsp canola oil - 1 point / 40 calories
2 tbs bacon bits - 1 point / 50 calories
1/2 can of baked beans - 3 points / 150 calories

Total - 9 points / 450 calories

Thoughts:

Monday is always a light day. the day before weigh in I try not to eat heavy. Today even more as I just didn't feel like eating. If my home scales are right as of today I should have a good loss this week, unless something happens over night!
