Thoughts:

Today was the first day of the week and I usually splurge on Tuesday's and I haven't been tracking or posting Food Diaries for those days. However I decided I won't be doing that anymore and I will be tracking everything and posting everything from now on.

Today we were out most of the day and I was tired and really couldn't be bothered making lunch when we got home from all the running so I said, SCREW IT let's get McDonalds. And we did. I got a Happy Meal. And a Smurf! 

I went over my points by 11 but I have all my weeklies to dip into and I plan on exercising this week. Let's see how I go.
