One of the things I really love about doing Weight Watchers is I can have bacon if I want it. And this morning I REALLY wanted it! And it was delicious!


Lunch:

1 x TJ's whole wheat pita - 3 points / 130 calories

1 tbs sweet relish - 0 points / 20 calories
salad vegies - 0 points / 29 calories
25g edamame - 1 point / 40 calories

Thoughts:

I didn't intend on being that low today, I just wasn't hungry. Weird for me! Maybe it was the yummy protein packed breakfast? Who knows!
