1 x skinny caramel latte - 2 points / 92 calories (I made it hot this time, was not good)

1 slice sharp cheddar - 2 points / 70 calories
6 slices smoked turkey - 1 point / 45 calories
1 tbs roasted garlic hummus - 1 point / 25 calories
salad vegies - 0 points / 80 calories
35g avocado - 2 points / 53 calories

Total - 8 points / 363 calories

mushrooms & broccoli - 0 points / 65 calories
1/4 cup brown rice - 1 point / 55 calories
5g real bacon bits - 0 points / 21 calories (cooked with mushrooms)
14g 2% Sharp cheddar - 1 point / 40 calories

Thoughts:

So this week I have been fairly good except for when we went out to eat with friends. I know I stayed within my weekly points but I didn't track so I can't say how many I have left.
