Food Diary 08/11

Breakfast:

1 x WW Cinnamon crumb bar - 3 points

Eaten at WW meeting 

Lunch:

1 x Starbucks Pumpkin Spice latte grande - 10 points
1 x Starbucks Bacon, egg & Gouda sandwich - 10 points

Total 20 points




Dinner:

6 slices TJ's center cut bacon - 5 points
1 x TJ's hash brown - 4 points
1 x eggs - 4 points
grilled tomatoes & mushrooms - 0 points

Total - 13 points



Snacks:

1 x TJ's crumpet - 3 points
6g whipped butter - 1 point
10g honey - 1 point

Total - 5 points

Thoughts:

Tuesday is always my "weekly points" day. We were going to get take-away last night but after looking at the money situation, we decided not to and that I would make breakfast for dinner instead. We had everything in the house except the hash browns, which we got at TJ's.

It was YUM! And even after a high point day, the scales at home were down again this morning! I won't be using any more weekly points for the rest of the week.
