Food Diary 09/11

Daily points allowance - 29 points

Breakfast:

1 serve TJ's Steel Cut oatmeal - 4 points
1 tbs TJ's Pumpkin Butter - 1 point
10g sliced almonds - 2 points
1/4 cup soy milk - 1 point
1 x Iced pumpkin spice soy latte - 2 points

1 whole wheat pita - 3 points
1 tbs roasted garlic hummus - 1 point
1 slice sharp cheddar - 2 points
salad - 0 points

Total - 8 points

100g cooked pasta - 4 points
5g parmesan cheese - 0 points

Thoughts:

I didn't really intend on going over my points today, but it was only by 1 point. I don't normally use so many points for dinner but I really wanted spaghetti today! And it was YUMMY!
