Food Diary 11/12

Daily points allowance - 26 points


Breakfast:

2 x slices Trader Joe's 7 Grain bread - 2 points
2 tbs Better'n Peanut Butter - 2 points
Soy milk iced coffee - 2 points
10g honey - 1 point
1 x banana - 0 points

Total - 7 points

3 tbs Light Ranch dressing - 3 points
28g 2% sharp cheddar - 2 points
15g bacon bits - 1 point
salad vegies - 0 points

Total - 6 points

Dinner:

Slow cooked beef & tomatoes - 4 points
60g sweet potatoes - 1 point
80g potato - 2 points
2 tsp canola oil - 2 points


Total - 9 points

1 x TJ's Dark chocolate sea salt caramel - 2 points

Thoughts:

Nothing really to talk about. Just hoping the gain this week isn't too big.
