Food Diary 01/03/12

1 cup kashi golean honey almond flax cereal - 5 points

3/4 cup soy milk - 2 points
1/2 cup fat free milk (in coffee) - 1 point

1 x TJ's Light String cheese - 1 point

90g wild salmon - 3 points
2 tsp canola oil - 2 points
1 serve Harvest Grain salad - 3 points
steamed broccoli - 0 points

Total - 8 points

15g TJ's Cookie Butter - 2 points
