Food Diary 15/03/12

Daily points allowance - 32 points - Maintenance


Breakfast:

1 x Starbucks Grande Skinny caramel latte - 3 points (free for my birthday!!)
1 x Trader Joe's Fiberful granola bar - 3 points

Total - 6 points


Lunch:

1 x roll - 4 points
50g avocado - 2 points
1 slice sharp cheddar - 2 points
53g smoked shaved turkey - 1 point
salad - 0 points

Total = 9 points

88g wild salmon - 3 points
2 tsp canola oil - 2 points
1/4 cup cooked brown rice - 1 point
veggies - 0 points

Total = 6 points

1 x apple - 0 points
1 x orange - 0 points
42g Trader Joe's Reduced Guilt potato chips - 5 points

Dairy – Almost 2
Oils – 2
Liquid – 6
Fruit – 3
Vegies - 5


TOTAL = 26 out of 32 points used

Thoughts:

I have 6 points left but it's early so I may end up using them. Or I might not.
