I am back on track! I was worried I would be hungry today, seeming all I have been doing recently is eat. But it wasn't too bad. Thank goodness.

Oh and that Edy's Key Lime Pie yogurt ice cream is AWESOME!!

    - great to see you back and blogging this food diary nikki. You have admitted in the past that doing this helps keep you accountable and I have always found your food diaries interesting and honest.

    - pat on the back for you too, for getting back out there and regaining your motivation and commitment. It is a hard thing to do when you become complacent xox
