Food diary 22/10

Well I decided to lower my calories to 1250 instead of 1350. The scale hasn't moved in a few days and I want to see if that helps. That is the number My Fitness Pal is giving me so lets see how it goes.

Breakfast:

1 tsp canola oil - 40 calories
light string cheese - 50 calories
shredded zucchini, mushrooms, grape tomatoes, onion - 36 calories
1 slice 7 grain bread - 60 calories
7g light butter - 25 calories

Iced soy latte - 100 calories
multivitamin

Total - 409 calories

Lunch:

Ate breakfast late, no lunch

125g chicken breast tenderloin - 132 calories
1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs - 55 calories
2 tsp canola oil - 80 calories
140g potato (weighed raw) - 102 calories
brussel sprouts, broccoli - 50 calories
14g light butter - 54 calories

Total - 473 calories

160g iceburg lettuce - 22 calories
14g bacon bits - 50 calories
28g 2% fat shredded sharp cheddar - 80 calories

3 tbs Bolthouse Ranch dressing - 68 calories

Total - 353 calories
