It seems I have been skipping lunch a lot here lately. But I am eating all of my calories. I tend to eat breakfast late then there isn't much time between that and dinner. So it gets missed sometimes.

Thoughts:
Well I went a little over today. I am PMSing so that isn't helping but I honestly am not that upset. I am still under what it takes to maintain my weight so it's no biggie.
