8 cups / 67.6oz I downloaded a funky app where I can keep track of my water! It lets me know how much I need for my body weight. I still had 306ml left but I didn't count my coffee this morning! ;)

I need to get out and walk! But it's so COLD! I did really well with my eating today though so yay!
