Weigh in & Food diary 22/04

Oh look! A food diary! What is going on!!

Anyway, I have been really bad here lately so I need to do this to have accountability. I weighed in this morning:

I was down to 148 in March. Really not happy with myself right now. But I am back on track today.

1/2 cup rolled oats - 150 calories
20g honey - 61 calories
1/2 unsweetened vanilla almond milk - 20 calories
8g chia seeds - 35 calories
4 tbs sf hazelnut creamer - 60 calories

Total - 326 calories

2 slices of Ezekiel bread - 160 calories
14g light butter - 50 calories
vegemite - 10 calories
2 slices 2% sharp cheddar - 120 calories

Total - 340 calories

Creamy mushroom chicken:

Chicken tenderloins fried with spray oil, then out in oven to keep warm. saute mushrooms on same pan until brown, add sour cream, then add chicken. Serve when warmed through.

My serving - 250 calories

2 tsp canola oil - 80 calories
butternut squash - 20 calories
asparagus - 16 calories

Total - 362 calories


1 jazz apple - 62 calories

Iced coffee made with:

Strong brewed coffee
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk - 40 calories
Sugar free Torani salted caramel syrup

Total - 40 calories

I will also be having some greek yogurt mixed with cottage cheese and strawberries in a little bit.

    1. Thanks Lauryn!! I get the syrup from World Market. They have dozens of flavours!
